David Coker serves as CEO of OnePWR Solutions, leading the development of power generation projects across the country. In 2009, David joined Energy Transfer to manage their power portfolio. David formed a retail electric provider to self supply electricity to company-owned sites in the ERCOT market. The power group grew quickly, expanding into the PJM retail space and eventually managing the company-wide power spend, from purchasing to managing its utilities. The group’s responsibilities included every aspect of energy needs from initial request to managing the life cycle of each project, playing an integral part in the company’s expansion into generation. David has extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked as a power trader at Reliant Energy before becoming a wholesale power broker in the ERCOT market. He holds a degree in accounting and began his professional career at Deloitte, where his prior experience as a power plant operator at HL&P influenced his focus on serving energy industry clients.
Dan Cardone brings deep financial and commercial leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he led the commercial and finance functions for a private midstream company. Previously, Dan served as Director of Finance at an EnCap Flatrock portfolio company, where he oversaw budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and investor communications. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Citi and Scotiabank and in management consulting at PwC. Dan holds a Master of Finance from The University of Texas and a B.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
After graduating with a BBA, Chance started his career at a local distribution cooperative where is role included building and maintaining powerlines. When an opportunity arose to further his knowledge, he moved to another cooperative and started working in C&I project management/account representation. In 2016, after spending almost a decade in the utility world, Chance moved into the Power Optimization Group at Energy Transfer as an Analyst and has worked his way up to a manager. Over the last 8 years Chance has had the opportunity to experience a wide range of situations that arise when managing new projects and existing assets. Coordinating utility interconnections, troubleshooting asset power and bill related issues, and managing ERCOT ancillary service programs are just a few areas that highlight the broad range of experience Chance offers.
Antti Ekqvist brings over 25 years of global experience in energy and power systems to his role as Chief Commercial Officer at OnePWR Solutions. He previously led gas-to-power business development for Caterpillar’s Energy Systems team and has held senior engineering and commercial roles across the marine, electric power, and oil & gas sectors. Antti began his career at Wärtsilä North America and has worked internationally in Latin America, Europe, and the U.S. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Vasa Technical School and is a recipient of Caterpillar’s Chairman’s Award.
Mark joins OnePWR Solutions after eleven years at Energy Transfer where he ultimately served as Senior Manager for the power group. His team handled all new requests for power and utility connections, ensured on-time payment of the associated invoices, managed a retail electric provider business along with other related responsibilities. Prior to Energy Transfer, Mark worked in several capacities within wholesale energy and deregulated retail energy with time spent at Reliant Energy and Keystone Energy Partners as well as a stint as an independent consultant. Mark graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Applied Mathematical Sciences.
Brigitte’s career spans complex roles across the energy sector and U.S. military. Most recently, she supported Energy Transfer’s multibillion-dollar utility portfolio, managing thousands of active utility accounts and leading high-volume operational workflows for new construction, maintenance, and vendor management. Her work included project management, contract review, ROW coordination, accounts payable oversight, and leading cross-functional initiatives to streamline business processes.
Before transitioning into analytics, Brigitte spent seven years in the United States Marine Corps, where she led large-scale maintenance operations, managed complex technical systems, supervised teams, and improved operational readiness through refined training and maintenance protocols. She was recognized for excellence during deployment in Afghanistan, successfully coordinating and installing tactical communication systems critical to mission operations.
