OnePWR Solutions maintains turn-key ownership of the permitting and compliance process. We not only package and own emissions permits as part of a complete solution, but we also assume ongoing responsibility for emissions reporting and compliance as the generator.
Our team is experienced with multi-jurisdictional agencies and decades working with EPA, DEQ, Tribal, BLM, city, state, and private regulators to streamline timelines.
We optimize plant designs for faster approvals and customizations are built to qualify under minor-source pathways (lower emissions; no SCR) to accelerate deployment where applicable.
With full environmental compliance, we handle and own compliance across easements, setbacks, sound, SWPPPs, and all local codes.
Strengthened by dedicated gas trading affiliates, OnePWR’s solutions include the sourcing and purchase of natural gas required to fuel generation infrastructure, including rich associated petroleum gas and up to 100% ethane stream.
In addition, OnePWR can design and build a power configuration that helps active upstream operators take advantage of stranded gas, reduce flaring and/or supply gas back to the local utility.
